Harbor Cafe is offering its award-winning Cherry Cactus Chili for lunch this week only. Cafe owner and chili creator Kay Clark said, “It’s a sweet chili but with a kick!” Contents include local cherries, imported de-spined nopales cacti, corn, meat and Kay’s secret sauce. This chili won honors in the recent Cabin Fever Chili Cook-off, held at the Historic Town Hall. Ask to see the trophy, which is proudly on display at the cafe.

In the future, Cherry Cactus Chili will be available only as a special order – by the quart. Kay needs advance notice to prepare this chili for serving at your next special event.
